Meet Atty. Gab Hayashi

Atty. Gabrielle Kenth D. Hayashi is a lawyer whose path from factory production worker to courtroom advocate stands as a living testament to perseverance, discipline, and a lifelong commitment to public service.

His litigation practice is primarily focused on Civil and Criminal Law, with extensive experience in cybercrime, family law, property disputes, capital offenses, and in handling administrative matters before executive agencies and quasi-judicial bodies. He also participates in legislative work, particularly in Senate investigations in aid of legislation.

He is currently pursuing his Master of Laws at San Sebastian College-Recoletos.

During his leadership as Student Council President and Student Regent of Tarlac State University, he championed transparency and accountability reforms that earned commendation from the Office of the University President for exemplary governance.

Before entering full-time legal practice, he completed graduate studies in education, taught at Tarlac State University, and later served in the provincial government as Executive Assistant to the Governor as well as an Executive-Legislative Liaison Officer.

His professional experience likewise extends to the private sector, where he has held senior executive roles in management and operations.

Outside courtrooms and policy halls, he remains deeply committed to free legal aid and to serving the poor, the oppressed, and persons deprived of liberty.
